Curb Service Boxes
If you are installing curb service boxes, then installing a height adjustable model can be beneficial. C.P. Test has designed curb boxes that will adjust in height to accommodate varying elevations. This allows you to switch around the height depending on the curb
If your curb service box is suddenly situated higher than the curb itself, our special adjustable types are designed to be broken off at the top and slipped back on, at a lower level than before. After breaking off the top section, you will then need to put the slot in the adapter.
An adjustable model can be adjusted to an elevation height of between 2.5 inches high up to 8 inches high. Our curb service boxes are useful in sidewalk areas near construction that may be torn up in the future or the surface or height of the sidewalk may be adjusted.
